I've written many times about the hoax that is "fair housing" and how it has nothing to do with fair, but with money, power and greed. One article I called "Fair Housing truths and myths" sums up the extortion scam very clearly.  Many home owners decide they want to manage their own rental properties it is absolutely amazing some of the things I see in advertisements both on-line and in print.

But the situation at times had gotten so bad and as with all things the government gets involved in became so convoluted that it became necessary to define which words could and could not, or should not be used. Below you will find an attached list of evil words that could hurt someones feelings, or make them feel less special than they deserve.

The list includes words you must never say when advertising real estate or specifically rental property, it also contains a list of questionable words or those you should avoid. Lastly it includes a list of words that are acceptable. 

It boggles the mind that one should have to have a list of approved words for advertising but such are the times we live in.

In addition we demand that all of our agents be educated in the practices of fair housing and conduct themselves appropriately.
